The Lila Foundation was founded in September 2018 to support people in difficult situations to have the opportunity to make a better future for themselves and their community, especially through education, entrepreneurship and employment.

For this, Lila Foundation acquires funds and honors applications with financing and guidance.

By supporting individuals in creating opportunities, Lila Foundation wants to contribute to the future for these individuals and the groups he / she represents and with that to society in general.

Lila Foundation has a Board (het Bestuur) consisting of the two Founders Lideweij Vermeulen (Penningmeester) and Robert Jan Lamers (Secretaris) together with Robert Schuman (Voorzitter) and Hanneke Willenborg (Member). Board members do not receive any payments. There are currently no employees. 

Lila Foundation is registered under Stichting Lila Foundation at the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under number 73067415.

Lila Foundation is a certified Dutch Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling (ANBI) under RSIN 8593 41 379.
